You can place orders directly through our website without creating an account. You are required to provide accurate personal details, including your name, phone number, and delivery address.

1.2 Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the order details. An order is considered confirmed only after successful communication with the customer.

2. Products & Availability

We aim to display products accurately in terms of design, size, and color. However, slight variations may occur. All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is unavailable, you will be informed and offered alternatives if possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed clearly on the website. In rare cases of pricing errors, Avora reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying the customer.

4. Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), Vodafone Cash, InstaPay. Orders paid electronically must be completed within the agreed timeframe to proceed with processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Process

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers must ensure the accuracy of their contact details and address.

5.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Estimated timelines are provided after order confirmation.

5.3 Responsibility

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy – Avora

At Avora, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you under the following terms:

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Custom Orders: Products made to specific sizes or special requests
• Used Items: Any product showing usage, stains, or damage after delivery
• Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance

3. Return Process

Step 1 – Request

Contact us via phone or WhatsApp using the number you ordered with, and provide: Order name / phone number, product details, and clear photos (if needed).

Step 2 – Review

Our team will review your request and confirm the return.

Step 3 – Pickup / Return

We will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Step 4 – Inspection

Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Refund method depends on how you paid:

• Cash on Delivery: Refund via Vodafone Cash / InstaPay
• Vodafone Cash / InstaPay: Refund to the same number/account

5. Shipping Fees

Wrong item or defect → Avora covers shipping. Change of mind → Customer pays shipping fees.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective products or incorrect items. For changing size or color: The original item must be returned first, and a new order will be created.
